The Benefits of Coffee

A lot of us are coffeeholic (raise your foot if you’re guilty!) I usually drink coffee about two cups daily, or make that up to three if I have to. That is, at certain times only.
It’s a good thing to drink regularly. Known as a good source of antioxidants, here are the health benefits of coffee:
  • Protects against breast cancer
  • Wards off stroke
  • Reduces risk of diabetes
  • Improves brain function
  • Reduces prostate cancer risk

However, excessive coffee-intake can cause insomnia, stomach upset, muscle tremors and restlessness. So you might as well control the addiction.
