Protect Your Folders and Files

We all know we want some privacy with our files in our computer. So you want to hide your confidential files, or perhaps you don’t want to share your sacred movies, audio files or games with some others who might intrude your computer, right? Or better yet, do you want to protect the whole drive with all your files in it instead?

Well, here’s a freeware I’d like to share with you. It’s a simple application, which anyone can easily learn using it. (Drop me a message if you’re using other freewares, okay?)

Follow this simple procedure:

Step 1. Download the application, Folder Protect or via this free torrent site.

Step 2. Install and run the program.

Step 3. Enter your password to open Folder Protect. Make sure it’s difficult enough to guess.

Step 4. You shall see the main window as shown below.

Step 5. Click the “Add Button” to start. If you want to protect a folder, just click the “Folder” tab, as shown below:

Step 6. Add more files, folders, drives, masks or programs to protect! That’s it and you no longer have to worry about prying users who want to view or steal your files!

If you want to access your protected stuff yourself, you have to run the program first and disable the protection of course! Then whenever you’re done, you need to do the same process above to enable the protection again.
