A lot of us are coffeeholic (raise your foot if you’re guilty!) I usually drink coffee about two cups daily, or make that up to three if I have to. That is, at certain times only.
- Protects against breast cancer
- Wards off stroke
- Reduces risk of diabetes
- Improves brain function
- Reduces prostate cancer risk
However, excessive coffee-intake can cause insomnia, stomach upset, muscle tremors and restlessness. So you might as well control the addiction.
